How to build your personality and character

How to build your personality and character

The study of personality is an interesting topic in Psychology.  It is very difficult to have a comprehensive definition of personality.  In simple words, we can say that a person's personality is a combination of his or her outward and inward and irresistible qualities.  If anyone were to ask us what your friend's personality is like?  So in the answer we immediately mention some of his attributes that he is hardworking, punctual, intelligent and sincere.

Personality building is the name for developing these two style attributes to a reasonable extent.  Humans should develop their natural qualities to a suitable level to make their personality attractive and also continue the process of building attribute attributes.  In our regard to personality, the most prominent and ideological figure we have is the personality of Muhammad Rasulullah Sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam.  We do not see this attribute of superiority in any other attribute.  You, as a human being, are so extraordinary that your admiration is acknowledged by your opponents.  Even modern-day western thinkers have openly described the greatness of your personality and character.

In the Quran and the correct hadiths we find many high aspects of the personalities of the former Prophets, but the problem is that there is very little information available about them.  This feature is only available to the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) that we have a detailed record of your visit.  We also find the highest personal qualities in your training companions.  That is why in our writing you will find references to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).  There are two aspects of human personality.  One is his manifestation and the other his inner self.  Man's appearance is what other people clearly see.  This includes his outward appearance and behavior.  Inwardness includes human intellect, knowledge, emotions, emotions and tendencies.  Generally, human appearance is a mirror of their inner self, though some people are temporarily able to conceal their inwardness.

As mentioned above, some of these attributes are permanent, while some are temporary.  The permanent characteristics of a human being are those that have evolved over a long period of time, and changes are very gradual.  These attributes remain with him throughout his life.  For example, a person's cognitive level is elevated over a long period of time and the speed of change is measured over the years.  On the contrary, the happiness or sadness of a human being is a temporary condition that changes every few minutes.  It is possible that one person is happy at five o'clock but at five o'clock it is sad for some reason.  The permanent qualities of a human being affect his temporal qualities.  If a person begins to adopt a certain attitude even in his transient qualities, then he too becomes part of his personality.  For example, if a person is irritated at the point of view, then everyone is involved in his or her perception of personality as being angry.  Below we provide an incomplete list of the detailed attributes of these two aspects of human personality.

Facts about Giardia | Giardia facts | Facts on giardia

Facts about Giardia

If you have Giardia, or think you have it, these facts may change your thinking on what to do and why.
Just so you know, I’m not a doctor. Just a woman who carried Giardia for God knows how long before I found out how to beat it and the misery it causes.
It was ruining my life so I took action. And now I want to share with you what I did. So here’s what you need to know:
Giardia is common. In fact, here’s what the Emedicine has to say about it:
“Giardia is most commonly identified intestinal parasite in the United States and the most common protozoal intestinal parasite isolated worldwide.”
It can be really contagious. So you can get it from kissing and sharing eating utensils as well as from eating contaminated food and drinking bad water.
Pets like cats and dogs also carry Giardia, and it is thought us humans can acquire it from them, too.
So why start with these facts? Easy. The chances are if you have Giardia, your partner or family may well have it too.
This means if you get rid of your Giardia, it’s easy to catch it back – which is one reason why some people “just can’t get rid of it”.
You can also pick it up by eating infected food (my battle with Giardia started when I ate something infected on a trip abroad).
How does having Giardia make you feel?
  • Fatique (I was overwhelmed with tiredness).
  • Depressed – studies show Giardia can cause depression
  • Loose stools
  • Anxious
  • Stools that are greasy and may float in the toilet
  • Irritable Bowels
  • Gas
  • Abdominal Pain
  • Bloating
  • Headaches
  • Skin problems such as hives
  • Menstrual problems
  • It may even cause anorexia
When I had it, I felt tired, depressed, I lost my zest for life and had all manner of digestive problems, most notably constipation.
The usual way to detect Giardia is by a stool test, where you poop in a box, take a sample and put it in a test tube, then send it to a lab.
I had to have more than one Giardia stool test – the first 2 tests didn’t find anything. I read this was due to Giardia bugs not coming out in every bowel movement, so sometimes tests are negative even when Giardia is there.
It’s all done by post so there really is nothing to be embarrassed about.
(If you’re squeamish about taking a poo in to a tupperware pot, you’re not that serious about getting rid of Giardia. Go read another blog).
But here’s the biggie. Once you know you have Giardia, how do you treat it?
Doctors treat Giardia with antibiotics. But Giardia can be resistant to these antibiotics.
1 in 4 or 5 people may not eradicate Giardia using the standard treatment, according to the medical sites.
And of course, there are always unwelcome side effects to most medications.
Avoiding some foods – and eating others – usually helps. These may give you some relief:
  • Coconut oil
  • Garlic
  • Green Tea
…while avoiding these may really help:
  • Gluten
  • Milk
  • Fatty food
They may well help with Giardia – but they likely won’t get rid of it all together. But there are other natural products that will (they certainly did in my case).
And I’ll leave you with a reminder that Giardia is the most common intestinal parasite. So don’t think you’re on your own.
Join my mailing list and you’ll get a load of links on the best stool test kits available (what ever country you’re in).
Once you know what you have (because the chances are if you have Giardia, you’ll also have something else), you can then get the right treatment from your doctor.
