Coronavirus (coronavirus) is generally considered to cause only a limited and easy to recover infection.  So far, more than 16 types of coronavirus have been found in the Sanya group.  The nucleic acid size of this virus is the largest among RNA viruses, and it shows a crown shape under an electron microscope, and the particle size is about 100 nm.  It can synthesize four structural proteins: spike protein, envelope protein, membrane protein, and nucleocapsid protein by using self-synthesized replicase and proteinase.  Other non-structural proteins, some coronaviruses can synthesize Haemagglutinin-esterase protein.  Virus transmission is mainly caused by flying fly and oral fecal infection. After infection, the virus will start to replicate. immunochromatography (immuno-chromatography test) can detect antibodies within 10 days of fever.  Human coronavirus has now been found to be type 5.  In addition to SARS-CoV, HCoV-OC43 can cause diarrhea in patients. HCoV-229E and HCoV-HKU1 and HCoV-NL63 found after 2004 are all related to respiratory infections.  The association between the latter HCo-NH strain found in adults and Kawasaki disease in young children remains to be confirmed.
